The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.21.48, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 48 of Madhya-khanda chapter 21—“The Lord’s Chastisement of Devananda”.

মদ্যপের চেষ্টা দেখি’ বিশ্বম্ভর হাসে আনন্দে শ্রীবাস কান্দে দেখি’ পরকাশে ॥ ৪৮ ॥

मद्यपेर चेष्टा देखि’ विश्वम्भर हासे आनन्दे श्रीवास कान्दे देखि’ परकाशे ॥ ४८ ॥

madyapera ceṣṭā dekhi’ viśvambhara hāse ānande śrīvāsa kānde dekhi’ parakāśe || 48 ||

madyapera cesta dekhi’ visvambhara hase anande srivasa kande dekhi’ parakase (48)

English translation:

(48) While seeing the activities of the drunkards, Viśvambhara laughed and Śrīvāsa cried in ecstasy.
