The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.21.22, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 22 of Madhya-khanda chapter 21—“The Lord’s Chastisement of Devananda”.

পুঙ্থি চিরিবারে প্রভু ক্রোধাবেশে যায সকল বৈষ্ণব-গণ ধরিযা রহায ॥ ২২ ॥

पुङ्थि चिरिबारे प्रभु क्रोधावेशे याय सकल वैष्णव-गण धरिया रहाय ॥ २२ ॥

puṅthi ciribāre prabhu krodhāveśe yāya sakala vaiṣṇava-gaṇa dhariyā rahāya || 22 ||

punthi ciribare prabhu krodhavese yaya sakala vaisnava-gana dhariya rahaya (22)

English translation:

(22) In anger, the Lord went to tear up the book, but the Vaiṣṇavas all held Him back.
