The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.19.182, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 182 of Madhya-khanda chapter 19—“The Lord’s Pastimes in Advaita’s House”.

যজ্ঞ হৈতে উঠে এক মহা-ভযঙ্কর তিন কর, চরণ, ত্রিশির-রূপ ধর ॥ ১৮২ ॥

यज्ञ हैते उठे एक महा-भयङ्कर तिन कर, चरण, त्रिशिर-रूप धर ॥ १८२ ॥

yajña haite uṭhe eka mahā-bhayaṅkara tina kara, caraṇa, triśira-rūpa dhara || 182 ||

yajna haite uthe eka maha-bhayankara tina kara, carana, trisira-rupa dhara (182)

English translation:

(182) “A formidable demon with three hands, three legs, and three heads appeared from the sacrificial fire.
