The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.18.158, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 158 of Madhya-khanda chapter 18—“Mahaprabhu’s Dancing as a Gopi”.

হেনৈ সমযে নিত্যানন্দ হলধর পডিল মূর্চ্ছিত হঞা পৃথিবী-উপর ॥ ১৫৮ ॥

हेनै समये नित्यानन्द हलधर पडिल मूर्च्छित हञा पृथिवी-उपर ॥ १५८ ॥

henai samaye nityānanda haladhara paḍila mūrcchita hañā pṛthivī-upara || 158 ||

henai samaye nityananda haladhara padila murcchita hana prthivi-upara (158)

English translation:

(158) At that time Nityānanda-Haladhara suddenly fell unconscious to the ground.
