The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.15.34, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 34 of Madhya-khanda chapter 15—“Descriptions of Madhavananda’s Realization”.

তুমি শয্যা, তুমি খট্টা, তুমি সে শযন তুমি চৈতন্যের ছত্র, তুমি প্রাণ-ধন ॥ ৩৪ ॥

तुमि शय्या, तुमि खट्टा, तुमि से शयन तुमि चैतन्येर छत्र, तुमि प्राण-धन ॥ ३४ ॥

tumi śayyā, tumi khaṭṭā, tumi se śayana tumi caitanyera chatra, tumi prāṇa-dhana || 34 ||

tumi sayya, tumi khatta, tumi se sayana tumi caitanyera chatra, tumi prana-dhana (34)

English translation:

(34) “You are Lord Caitanya’s bed, throne, couch, and umbrella, and You are His life and wealth.
