The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.15.30, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 30 of Madhya-khanda chapter 15—“Descriptions of Madhavananda’s Realization”.

তুমি সে জগত-পিতা, মহা-যোগেশ্বর তুমি সে লক্ষ্মণ-চন্দ্র মহা-ধনুর্ধর ॥ ৩০ ॥

तुमि से जगत-पिता, महा-योगेश्वर तुमि से लक्ष्मण-चन्द्र महा-धनुर्धर ॥ ३० ॥

tumi se jagata-pitā, mahā-yogeśvara tumi se lakṣmaṇa-candra mahā-dhanurdhara || 30 ||

tumi se jagata-pita, maha-yogesvara tumi se laksmana-candra maha-dhanurdhara (30)

English translation:

(30) “You are the father of the universe and the master of mystic yoga. You are Lakṣmaṇa, the great archer.
