The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.14.7, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 7 of Madhya-khanda chapter 14—“Yamaraja’s Sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.14.7:

আজি বড চিত্তে প্রভু দিলেন ভরসা `অবশ্য পাইব পার’, ধরিলাম আশা” ॥ ৭ ॥

आजि बड चित्ते प्रभु दिलेन भरसा `अवश्य पाइब पार’, धरिलाम आशा” ॥ ७ ॥

āji baḍa citte prabhu dilena bharasā `avaśya pāiba pāra’, dharilāma āśā” || 7 ||

aji bada citte prabhu dilena bharasa `avasya paiba para’, dharilama asa” (7)

English translation:

(7) “Today the Lord has given us the hope that we will also certainly be delivered.”
