The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.13.377, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 377 of Madhya-khanda chapter 13—“The Deliverance of Jagai and Madhai”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.13.377:

চতুর্মুখ, পঞ্চমুখ-আদি দেব-গণ নিতি আসি’ চৈতন্যের করযে সেবন ॥ ৩৭৭ ॥

चतुर्मुख, पञ्चमुख-आदि देव-गण निति आसि’ चैतन्येर करये सेवन ॥ ३७७ ॥

caturmukha, pañcamukha-ādi deva-gaṇa niti āsi’ caitanyera karaye sevana || 377 ||

caturmukha, pancamukha-adi deva-gana niti asi’ caitanyera karaye sevana (377)

English translation:

(377) The demigods headed by the four-headed Brahmā and the five- headed Śiva would daily come to serve Lord Caitanya.
