The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.13.258, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 258 of Madhya-khanda chapter 13—“The Deliverance of Jagai and Madhai”.

জয গদাধর-প্রাণ, মুরারি-ঈশ্বর জয হরিদাস-বাসুদেব-প্রিযঙ্কর ॥ ২৫৮ ॥

जय गदाधर-प्राण, मुरारि-ईश्वर जय हरिदास-वासुदेव-प्रियङ्कर ॥ २५८ ॥

jaya gadādhara-prāṇa, murāri-īśvara jaya haridāsa-vāsudeva-priyaṅkara || 258 ||

jaya gadadhara-prana, murari-isvara jaya haridasa-vasudeva-priyankara (258)

English translation:

(258) “All glories to the life and soul of Gadādhara and the Lord of Murāri! All glories to the benefactor of Haridāsa and Vāsudeva!
