The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.13.211, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 211 of Madhya-khanda chapter 13—“The Deliverance of Jagai and Madhai”.

সর্ব রোগ নাশ’, বৈদ্য-চূডামণি তুমি তুমি রোগ চিকিত্সিলে সুস্থ হৈ আমি ॥ ২১১ ॥

सर्व रोग नाश’, वैद्य-चूडामणि तुमि तुमि रोग चिकित्सिले सुस्थ है आमि ॥ २११ ॥

sarva roga nāśa’, vaidya-cūḍāmaṇi tumi tumi roga cikitsile sustha hai āmi || 211 ||

sarva roga nasa’, vaidya-cudamani tumi tumi roga cikitsile sustha hai ami (211)

English translation:

(211) “You destroy all disease, for You are the crest jewel of all physicians. If You treat me, then I will be cured.
