The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.13.163, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 163 of Madhya-khanda chapter 13—“The Deliverance of Jagai and Madhai”.

সকল লোকের চিত্ত হৈল সশঙ্ক কিবা বড, কিবা ধনী, কিবা মহারঙ্ক ॥ ১৬৩ ॥
सकल लोकेर चित्त हैल सशङ्क किबा बड, किबा धनी, किबा महारङ्क ॥ १६३ ॥
sakala lokera citta haila saśaṅka kibā baḍa, kibā dhanī, kibā mahāraṅka || 163 ||
sakala lokera citta haila sasanka kiba bada, kiba dhani, kiba maharanka (163)
English translation:
(163) Whether influential, rich, or poor, all people’s hearts became filled with fear.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
All the residents of Navadvīpa, including the prestigious, the aristocratic, and the poor, became frightened by the behavior of the two rogues. The word raṅka refers to the misers and the poor.
