The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.13.25, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 25 of Madhya-khanda chapter 13—“The Deliverance of Jagai and Madhai”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.13.25:

ভব্য-সভ্য-লোক সব হৈল পাগল নিমাই পণ্ডিত নষ্ট করিল সকল” ॥ ২৫ ॥

भव्य-सभ्य-लोक सब हैल पागल निमाइ पण्डित नष्ट करिल सकल” ॥ २५ ॥

bhavya-sabhya-loka saba haila pāgala nimāi paṇḍita naṣṭa karila sakala” || 25 ||

bhavya-sabhya-loka saba haila pagala nimai pandita nasta karila sakala” (25)

English translation:

(25) “Many sober and civilized persons have become mad in this way. Nimāi Paṇḍita has spoiled them all.”

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The phrase bhavya-sabhya means “peaceful,” “sober,” “gentle,” “pious,” “aristocratic,” or “qualified to sit in an assembly.”
