The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.10.69, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 69 of Madhya-khanda chapter 10—“Conclusion of the Lord’s Maha-prakasha Pastimes”.

হেন তোমা-স্মরণ-বিহীন-মুঞি পাপ মোরে তোর চরণে শরণ দেহ, বাপ ॥ ৬৯ ॥

हेन तोमा-स्मरण-विहीन-मुञि पाप मोरे तोर चरणे शरण देह, बाप ॥ ६९ ॥

hena tomā-smaraṇa-vihīna-muñi pāpa more tora caraṇe śaraṇa deha, bāpa || 69 ||

hena toma-smarana-vihina-muni papa more tora carane sarana deha, bapa (69)

English translation:

(69) “But I am so sinful that I cannot remember You, therefore, My dear Lord, please give me shelter at Your lotus feet.
