The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.9.212, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 212 of Madhya-khanda chapter 9—“The Lord’s Twenty-One Hour Ecstasy and Descriptions of Shridhara and Other Devotees’ Characteristics”.

ভক্তি-যোগে ভীষ্ম তোমা জিনিল সমরে ভক্তি-যোগে যশোদায বান্ধিল তোমারে ॥ ২১২ ॥

भक्ति-योगे भीष्म तोमा जिनिल समरे भक्ति-योगे यशोदाय बान्धिल तोमारे ॥ २१२ ॥

bhakti-yoge bhīṣma tomā jinila samare bhakti-yoge yaśodāya bāndhila tomāre || 212 ||

bhakti-yoge bhisma toma jinila samare bhakti-yoge yasodaya bandhila tomare (212)

English translation:

(212) “It was through devotional service that Bhīṣma conquered You on the battlefield, and it was through devotional service that Yaśodā bound You.
