The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.9.2, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 2 of Madhya-khanda chapter 9—“The Lord’s Twenty-One Hour Ecstasy and Descriptions of Shridhara and Other Devotees’ Characteristics”.

জয জগন্নাথ শচীনন্দন চৈতন্য জয গৌরসুন্দরের সঙ্কীর্তন ধন্য ॥ ২ ॥

जय जगन्नाथ शचीनन्दन चैतन्य जय गौरसुन्दरेर सङ्कीर्तन धन्य ॥ २ ॥

jaya jagannātha śacīnandana caitanya jaya gaurasundarera saṅkīrtana dhanya || 2 ||

jaya jagannatha sacinandana caitanya jaya gaurasundarera sankirtana dhanya (2)

English translation:

(2) All glories to Śrī Caitanya, the son of Jagannātha and Śacī! All glories to Gaurasundara, who inaugurated the glorious saṅkīrtana movement!

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The saṅkīrtana movement of Śrī Gaurasundara is the highest benediction in all respects. The subject matter of this kīrtana illustrates the most exalted pastimes of the Lord, therefore there is no comparison to this saṅkīrtana.
