The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.8.139, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 139 of Madhya-khanda chapter 8—“The Manifestation of Opulences”.

পুণ্যবন্ত শ্রীবাস-অঙ্গনে শুভারম্ভ উঠিল কীর্তন-ধ্বনি `গোপাল গোবিন্দ’ ॥ ১৩৯ ॥

पुण्यवन्त श्रीवास-अङ्गने शुभारम्भ उठिल कीर्तन-ध्वनि `गोपाल गोविन्द’ ॥ १३९ ॥

puṇyavanta śrīvāsa-aṅgane śubhārambha uṭhila kīrtana-dhvani `gopāla govinda’ || 139 ||

punyavanta srivasa-angane subharambha uthila kirtana-dhvani `gopala govinda’ (139)

English translation:

(139) The auspicious inauguration of chanting the names of Gopāla and Govinda took place in the courtyard of the most pious Śrīvāsa.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The courtyard of Śrīvāsa is the shelter of many pious activities, because the chanting of Govinda and Gopāla was inaugurated there.
