The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.8.106, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 106 of Madhya-khanda chapter 8—“The Manifestation of Opulences”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.8.106:

প্রভু বলে,—“ভাই-সব, শুন মন্ত্র-সার রাত্রি কেনে মিথ্যা যায আমা সবাকার ॥ ১০৬ ॥

प्रभु बले,—“भाइ-सब, शुन मन्त्र-सार रात्रि केने मिथ्या याय आमा सबाकार ॥ १०६ ॥

prabhu bale,—“bhāi-saba, śuna mantra-sāra rātri kene mithyā yāya āmā sabākāra || 106 ||

prabhu bale,—“bhai-saba, suna mantra-sara ratri kene mithya yaya ama sabakara (106)

English translation:

(106) The Lord said, “O brothers, listen to the essence of all advice. Why are we uselessly wasting our nights?
