The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.8.96, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 96 of Madhya-khanda chapter 8—“The Manifestation of Opulences”.

এক-দিন আসি’ এক শিবের গাযন ডম্বুর বাজায, গায শিবের কথন ॥ ৯৬ ॥

एक-दिन आसि’ एक शिवेर गायन डम्बुर बाजाय, गाय शिवेर कथन ॥ ९६ ॥

eka-dina āsi’ eka śivera gāyana ḍambura bājāya, gāya śivera kathana || 96 ||

eka-dina asi’ eka sivera gayana dambura bajaya, gaya sivera kathana (96)

English translation:

(96) One day a singer of Śiva’s glories arrived. He began to play his small drum and chant the glories of Lord Śiva.
