The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.7.136, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 136 of Madhya-khanda chapter 7—“The Meeting of Gadadhara and Pundarika”.

বক্ষঃ হৈতে বিদ্যানিধি না ছাডে ঈশ্বরে লীন হৈলা যেন প্রভু তাঙ্হার শরীরে ॥ ১৩৬ ॥
वक्षः हैते विद्यानिधि ना छाडे ईश्वरे लीन हैला येन प्रभु ताङ्हार शरीरे ॥ १३६ ॥
vakṣaḥ haite vidyānidhi nā chāḍe īśvare līna hailā yena prabhu tāṅhāra śarīre || 136 ||
vaksah haite vidyanidhi na chade isvare lina haila yena prabhu tanhara sarire (136)
English translation:
(136) Vidyānidhi did not release the Lord from his chest. It appeared that the Lord merged with his body.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
When Mahāprabhu lovingly embraced Vidyānidhi, Vidyānidhi held the Lord so tightly to his chest that one could not distinguish their separate forms. They became one.
