The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.7.87, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 87 of Madhya-khanda chapter 7—“The Meeting of Gadadhara and Pundarika”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.7.87:

অনুতাপ করিযা কান্দযে উচ্চৈঃস্বরে “মুই সে বঞ্চিত হৈলুঙ্ হেন অবতারে” ॥ ৮৭ ॥

अनुताप करिया कान्दये उच्चैःस्वरे “मुइ से वञ्चित हैलुङ् हेन अवतारे” ॥ ८७ ॥

anutāpa kariyā kāndaye uccaiḥsvare “mui se vañcita hailuṅ hena avatāre” || 87 ||

anutapa kariya kandaye uccaihsvare “mui se vancita hailun hena avatare” (87)

English translation:

(87) He lamented and cried loudly, “In Your present incarnation I have been deceived.”
