The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.6.109, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 109 of Madhya-khanda chapter 6—“The Lord’s Meeting with Advaita Acarya”.

পঞ্চ-শিখা জ্বালি’ পুনঃ করেন বন্দনা শেষে ‘জয-জয’-ধ্বনি করযে ঘোষণা ॥ ১০৯ ॥
पञ्च-शिखा ज्वालि’ पुनः करेन वन्दना शेषे ‘जय-जय’-ध्वनि करये घोषणा ॥ १०९ ॥
pañca-śikhā jvāli’ punaḥ karena vandanā śeṣe ‘jaya-jaya’-dhvani karaye ghoṣaṇā || 109 ||
panca-sikha jvali’ punah karena vandana sese ‘jaya-jaya’-dhvani karaye ghosana (109)
English translation:
(109) He offered a lamp with five ghee wicks and again offered prayers. Finally He loudly chanted, “Jaya! Jaya!”
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The phrase pañca-śikhā refers to a lamp with five ghee wicks.
