The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.6.108, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 108 of Madhya-khanda chapter 6—“The Lord’s Meeting with Advaita Acarya”.

গন্ধ, পুষ্প, ধূপ, দীপ, পঞ্চ উপচারে পূজা করে প্রেম-জলে বহে অশ্রু-ধারে ॥ ১০৮ ॥
गन्ध, पुष्प, धूप, दीप, पञ्च उपचारे पूजा करे प्रेम-जले वहे अश्रु-धारे ॥ १०८ ॥
gandha, puṣpa, dhūpa, dīpa, pañca upacāre pūjā kare prema-jale vahe aśru-dhāre || 108 ||

English translation:
(108) He worshiped the Lord with five ingredients like sandalwood paste, flowers, incense, and ghee. As He worshiped the Lord, tears of love flowed from His eyes.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The five ingredients for worship are sandalwood paste, flowers, incense, ghee, and foodstuffs. (See Hari-bhakti-vilāsa 11.48.)
