The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.6.53, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 53 of Madhya-khanda chapter 6—“The Lord’s Meeting with Advaita Acarya”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.6.53:

পতি-ব্রতা সেই চৈতন্যের তত্ত্ব জানে গন্ধ, মাল্য, ধূপ, বস্ত্র অশেষ বিধানে ॥ ৫৩ ॥

पति-व्रता सेइ चैतन्येर तत्त्व जाने गन्ध, माल्य, धूप, वस्त्र अशेष विधाने ॥ ५३ ॥

pati-vratā sei caitanyera tattva jāne gandha, mālya, dhūpa, vastra aśeṣa vidhāne || 53 ||

pati-vrata sei caitanyera tattva jane gandha, malya, dhupa, vastra asesa vidhane (53)

English translation:

(53) Advaita’s chaste wife knew the truth about Lord Caitanya. She gathered together sandalwood paste, flower garlands, incense, and cloth.
