The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.5.138, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 138 of Madhya-khanda chapter 5—“Lord Nityananda’s Vyasa-puja Ceremony and His Darshana of the Lord’s Six-armed Form”.

ইহা না বুঝিযা কোন কোন বুদ্ধি-নাশ একে বন্দে, আরে নিন্দে, যাইবেক নাশ ॥ ১৩৮ ॥
इहा ना बुझिया कोन कोन बुद्धि-नाश एके वन्दे, आरे निन्दे, याइबेक नाश ॥ १३८ ॥
ihā nā bujhiyā kona kona buddhi-nāśa eke vande, āre ninde, yāibeka nāśa || 138 ||
iha na bujhiya kona kona buddhi-nasa eke vande, are ninde, yaibeka nasa (138)
English translation:
(138) If someone who has lost his intelligence and does not understand this worships one and criticizes the other, he will be ruined.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
Those who do not understand this fact and consider that one Vaiṣṇava has eternally pure knowledge while another Vaiṣṇava does not are understood to have perverted intelligence. The confidential mystery in this regard is that if one accepts a non-Vaiṣṇava as a Vaiṣṇava without knowing the difference between a Vaiṣṇava and a non-Vaiṣṇava, then such a misconception will spread among the Vaiṣṇavas and create bewilderment.
