The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.5.93, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 93 of Madhya-khanda chapter 5—“Lord Nityananda’s Vyasa-puja Ceremony and His Darshana of the Lord’s Six-armed Form”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.5.93:

শঙ্খ, চক্র, গদা, পদ্ম, শ্রী-হল-মুষল দেখিযা মূর্ছিত হৈলা নিতাই বিহ্বল ॥ ৯৩ ॥

शङ्ख, चक्र, गदा, पद्म, श्री-हल-मुषल देखिया मूर्छित हैला निताइ विह्वल ॥ ९३ ॥

śaṅkha, cakra, gadā, padma, śrī-hala-muṣala dekhiyā mūrchita hailā nitāi vihvala || 93 ||

sankha, cakra, gada, padma, sri-hala-musala dekhiya murchita haila nitai vihvala (93)

English translation:

(93) On seeing the conch, disc, club, lotus, plow, and muṣala, Nitāi was overwhelmed and fell unconscious.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Being garlanded by Nityānanda, Śrī Caitanyadeva displayed His six- armed form. In His six hands He held the conch, disc, club, lotus, plow, and muṣala. Upon seeing this, Nityānanda fell unconscious in ecstasy.
