The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.4.28, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 28 of Madhya-khanda chapter 4—“Revelation of Nityananda’s Glories”.

নিত্যানন্দ কোলে করি’ আছে বিশ্বম্ভর বিপরীত দেখি’ মনে হাসে গদাধর ॥ ২৮ ॥

नित्यानन्द कोले करि’ आछे विश्वम्भर विपरीत देखि’ मने हासे गदाधर ॥ २८ ॥

nityānanda kole kari’ āche viśvambhara viparīta dekhi’ mane hāse gadādhara || 28 ||

nityananda kole kari’ ache visvambhara viparita dekhi’ mane hase gadadhara (28)

English translation:

(28) When Gadādhara saw Nityānanda on the lap of Viśvambhara, he was surprised by the reversal of roles and smiled within.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Seeing Nityānanda on the lap of Gaurasundara, Gadādhara became astonished. Rather than Nityānanda carrying and serving Gaurasundara, Gaurasundara held Nityānanda at this juncture and thereby created the impression of a reversal in roles.
