The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.4.12, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 12 of Madhya-khanda chapter 4—“Revelation of Nityananda’s Glories”.

পুনঃ পুনঃশ্লোক শুনি’ বাডযে উন্মাদ ব্রহ্মাণ্ড ভেদযে হেন শুনি’ সিংহ-নাদ ॥ ১২ ॥

पुनः पुनःश्लोक शुनि’ बाडये उन्माद ब्रह्माण्ड भेदये हेन शुनि’ सिंह-नाद ॥ १२ ॥

punaḥ punaḥśloka śuni’ bāḍaye unmāda brahmāṇḍa bhedaye hena śuni’ siṃha-nāda || 12 ||

punah punahsloka suni’ badaye unmada brahmanda bhedaye hena suni’ simha-nada (12)

English translation:

(12) His madness increased as He heard the continual recitation of verses. He roared so loudly that the sound pierced the universe.
