The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.3.187, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 187 of Madhya-khanda chapter 3—“The Lord Manifests His Varaha Form in the House of Murari and Meets with Nityananda”.

সে আজানু দুই ভুজ, হৃদয সুপীন তাহে শোভে সূক্ষ্ম যজ্ঞ-সূত্র অতি ক্ষীণ ॥ ১৮৭ ॥
से आजानु दुइ भुज, हृदय सुपीन ताहे शोभे सूक्ष्म यज्ञ-सूत्र अति क्षीण ॥ १८७ ॥
se ājānu dui bhuja, hṛdaya supīna tāhe śobhe sūkṣma yajña-sūtra ati kṣīṇa || 187 ||
se ajanu dui bhuja, hrdaya supina tahe sobhe suksma yajna-sutra ati ksina (187)
English translation:
(187) His hands reach down to His knees, and His raised chest is adorned with a thin white brāhmaṇa thread.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The phrase hṛdaya supīna refers to His raised chest. The phrase ati kṣīṇa means “very thin.” The brāhmaṇa thread is thin in comparison to His raised chest.
