নিবেদিল আসি’ দোঙ্হে প্রভুর চরণে “উপাধিক কোথা ও নহিল দরশনে কি বৈষ্ণব, কি সন্ন্যাসী, কি গৃহস্থ-স্থল পাষণ্ডীর ঘর-আদি—দেখিলুঙ্ সকল চাহিলাম সর্ব-নবদ্বীপ যার নাম সবে না চাহিলুঙ্ প্রভু! গিযা অন্য গ্রাম” ॥ ১৬৫-১৬৭ ॥

निवेदिल आसि’ दोङ्हे प्रभुर चरणे “उपाधिक कोथा ओ नहिल दरशने कि वैष्णव, कि सन्न्यासी, कि गृहस्थ-स्थल पाषण्डीर घर-आदि—देखिलुङ् सकल चाहिलाम सर्व-नवद्वीप यार नाम सबे ना चाहिलुङ् प्रभु! गिया अन्य ग्राम” ॥ १६५-१६७ ॥

nivedila āsi’ doṅhe prabhura caraṇe “upādhika kothā o nahila daraśane ki vaiṣṇava, ki sannyāsī, ki gṛhastha-sthala pāṣaṇḍīra ghara-ādi—dekhiluṅ sakala cāhilāma sarva-navadvīpa yāra nāma sabe nā cāhiluṅ prabhu! giyā anya grāma” || 165-167 ||

nivedila asi’ donhe prabhura carane “upadhika kotha o nahila darasane ki vaisnava, ki sannyasi, ki grhastha-sthala pasandira ghara-adi—dekhilun sakala cahilama sarva-navadvipa yara nama sabe na cahilun prabhu! giya anya grama” (165-167)

English translation:

(165-167) The two informed the Lord, “We have not found anyone new. We have searched the residences of Vaiṣṇavas, sannyāsīs, and gṛhasthas; we have even gone to the houses of atheists. We have looked all over Navadvīpa, but we did not go outside Navadvīpa.”

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The two returned to the Lord and said, “We haven’t found anyone new, or anyone with different external symptoms. We have searched all over Navadvīpa for nine hours at the residences of Vaiṣṇavas, sannyāsīs, and gṛhasthas—we even went to the houses of atheists who are envious of the Vaiṣṇavas. We have searched everywhere except the villages outside Navadvīpa.”
