The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.3.121, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 121 of Madhya-khanda chapter 3—“The Lord Manifests His Varaha Form in the House of Murari and Meets with Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.3.121:

নিরন্তর সঙ্কীর্তন—পরম-আনন্দ দুঃখ পায প্রভু না দেখিযা নিত্যানন্দ ॥ ১২১ ॥

निरन्तर सङ्कीर्तन—परम-आनन्द दुःख पाय प्रभु ना देखिया नित्यानन्द ॥ १२१ ॥

nirantara saṅkīrtana—parama-ānanda duḥkha pāya prabhu nā dekhiyā nityānanda || 121 ||

nirantara sankirtana—parama-ananda duhkha paya prabhu na dekhiya nityananda (121)

English translation:

(121) The Lord constantly engaged in saṅkīrtana in great happiness, yet He became unhappy on not seeing Nityānanda.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

While Mahāprabhu was constantly and happily engaged in propagating saṅkīrtana at Navadvīpa, He felt distress because of Nityānanda Prabhu’s absence.
