The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.3.94, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 94 of Madhya-khanda chapter 3—“The Lord Manifests His Varaha Form in the House of Murari and Meets with Nityananda”.

আইলা সন্ন্যাসি-স্থানে নিত্যানন্দ-পিতান্যাসীরে দিলেন পুত্র, নোইযা মাথা ॥ ৯৪ ॥

आइला सन्न्यासि-स्थाने नित्यानन्द-पितान्यासीरे दिलेन पुत्र, नोइया माथा ॥ ९४ ॥

āilā sannyāsi-sthāne nityānanda-pitānyāsīre dilena putra, noiyā māthā || 94 ||

aila sannyasi-sthane nityananda-pitanyasire dilena putra, noiya matha (94)

English translation:

(94) The father of Nityānanda then came before the sannyāsī with his head down and handed over his son to the sannyāsī.
