The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.3.62, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 62 of Madhya-khanda chapter 3—“The Lord Manifests His Varaha Form in the House of Murari and Meets with Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.3.62:

‘মৌডেশ্বর’-নামে দেব আছে কত দূরে যারে পূজিযাছে নিত্যানন্দ হলধরে ॥ ৬২ ॥

‘मौडेश्वर’-नामे देव आछे कत दूरे यारे पूजियाछे नित्यानन्द हलधरे ॥ ६२ ॥

‘mauḍeśvara’-nāme deva āche kata dūre yāre pūjiyāche nityānanda haladhare || 62 ||

‘maudesvara’-name deva ache kata dure yare pujiyache nityananda haladhare (62)

English translation:

(62) Near this village there is a deity of Mauḍeśvara Śiva that was worshiped by Nityānanda Haladhara.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Lord Nityānanda appeared in the village named Ekacakrā, in Rāḍha-deśa, which is on the western side of the Ganges. A short distance from this village is a deity of Śiva named Mauḍeśvara (Mayūreśvara, by other opinion). Sometimes Lord Nityānanda worshiped him.
