The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.3.1, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 1 of Madhya-khanda chapter 3—“The Lord Manifests His Varaha Form in the House of Murari and Meets with Nityananda”.

জয জয সর্ব-প্রাণ-নাথ বিশ্বম্ভর জয নিত্যানন্দ-গদাধরের ঈশ্বর ॥ ১ ॥

जय जय सर्व-प्राण-नाथ विश्वम्भर जय नित्यानन्द-गदाधरेर ईश्वर ॥ १ ॥

jaya jaya sarva-prāṇa-nātha viśvambhara jaya nityānanda-gadādharera īśvara || 1 ||

jaya jaya sarva-prana-natha visvambhara jaya nityananda-gadadharera isvara (1)

English translation:

(1) All glories to Viśvambhara, the beloved Lord of all! All glories to the Lord of Nityānanda and Gadādhara!

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Viśvambhara is the Supreme Lord of all living entities. He is also the Lord of Nityānanda Prabhu and Gadādhara. Let His glories be perpetually spread throughout the world.
