The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.343, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 343 of Madhya-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Manifestation at the House of Shrivasa and the Inauguration of Sankirtana”.

বৈষ্ণবের পাযে মোর এই নমস্কার জন্ম-জন্ম প্রভু মোর হৌ হলধর ॥ ৩৪৩ ॥
वैष्णवेर पाये मोर एइ नमस्कार जन्म-जन्म प्रभु मोर हौ हलधर ॥ ३४३ ॥
vaiṣṇavera pāye mora ei namaskāra janma-janma prabhu mora hau haladhara || 343 ||

English translation:
(343) I offer my respectful obeisances at the feet of all the Vaiṣṇavas so that by their mercy Haladhara may be my Lord, birth after birth.
