The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.324, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 324 of Madhya-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Manifestation at the House of Shrivasa and the Inauguration of Sankirtana”.

চারি বত্সরের সেই উন্মত্ত-চরিত ‘হা কৃষ্ণ’ বলিযা কান্দে, নাহিক সম্বিত ॥ ৩২৪ ॥
चारि वत्सरेर सेइ उन्मत्त-चरित ‘हा कृष्ण’ बलिया कान्दे, नाहिक सम्वित ॥ ३२४ ॥
cāri vatsarera sei unmatta-carita ‘hā kṛṣṇa’ baliyā kānde, nāhika samvita || 324 ||
cari vatsarera sei unmatta-carita ‘ha krsna’ baliya kande, nahika samvita (324)
English translation:
(324) That four-year-old child immediately acted like she was mad. She cried, chanted, “O Kṛṣṇa,” and forgot herself.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The phrase unmatta-carita means “agitated with love of Kṛṣṇa.” The word samvita means “external consciousness or feelings.”
