The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.164, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 164 of Madhya-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Manifestation at the House of Shrivasa and the Inauguration of Sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.164:

কনক-পনস যেন পুলকিত অঙ্গ ক্ষণে-ক্ষণে অট্ট-অট্ট হাসে বহু রঙ্গ ॥ ১৬৪ ॥

कनक-पनस येन पुलकित अङ्ग क्षणे-क्षणे अट्ट-अट्ट हासे बहु रङ्ग ॥ १६४ ॥

kanaka-panasa yena pulakita aṅga kṣaṇe-kṣaṇe aṭṭa-aṭṭa hāse bahu raṅga || 164 ||

kanaka-panasa yena pulakita anga ksane-ksane atta-atta hase bahu ranga (164)

English translation:

(164) When the hairs of His body stood on end, His body looked like a golden jackfruit. Again and again He would laugh loudly with great jubilation.
