The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.424, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 424 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

শ্রী কৃষ্ণ-চৈতন্য নিত্যানন্দ-চান্দ জান বৃন্দাবন-দাস তছু পদ-যুগে গান ॥ ৪২৪ ॥
श्री कृष्ण-चैतन्य नित्यानन्द-चान्द जान वृन्दावन-दास तछु पद-युगे गान ॥ ४२४ ॥
śrī kṛṣṇa-caitanya nityānanda-cānda jāna vṛndāvana-dāsa tachu pada-yuge gāna || 424 ||

English translation:
(424) Accepting Śrī Caitanya and Nityānanda Prabhu as my life and soul, I, Vṛndāvana dāsa, sing the glories of Their lotus feet.
