The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.402, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 402 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

চৈতন্য-লীলার আদি-অবধি না হয ‘আবির্ভাব’ ‘তিরোভাব’ এই বেদে কয ॥ ৪০২ ॥
चैतन्य-लीलार आदि-अवधि ना हय ‘आविर्भाव’ ‘तिरोभाव’ एइ वेदे कय ॥ ४०२ ॥
caitanya-līlāra ādi-avadhi nā haya ‘āvirbhāva’ ‘tirobhāva’ ei vede kaya || 402 ||
caitanya-lilara adi-avadhi na haya ‘avirbhava’ ‘tirobhava’ ei vede kaya (402)
English translation:
(402) Although the Vedas describe the “appearance” and “disappearance” of Lord Caitanya, there is actually no beginning or end to His pastimes.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The word avadhi means “end,” “finish,” or “limit.” For an explanation of this verse one should refer to the Ādi-khaṇḍa, Chapter Three, verse 52.
