The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.388, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 388 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.388:

শিষ্য-গণ ক্রন্দন করেন অধোমুখে ডুবিলেন শিষ্য-গণ পরানন্দ-সুখে ॥ ৩৮৮ ॥

शिष्य-गण क्रन्दन करेन अधोमुखे डुबिलेन शिष्य-गण परानन्द-सुखे ॥ ३८८ ॥

śiṣya-gaṇa krandana karena adhomukhe ḍubilena śiṣya-gaṇa parānanda-sukhe || 388 ||

sisya-gana krandana karena adhomukhe dubilena sisya-gana parananda-sukhe (388)

English translation:

(388) The students cried with their heads down, and they all merged in the ocean of transcendental bliss.
