The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.306, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 306 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.306:

দেখে বিপ্র-বর, তাঙ্র পরম-আনন্দ পডে ভক্তি-শ্লোক ভক্তি-সনে করি’ রঙ্গ ॥ ৩০৬ ॥

देखे विप्र-वर, ताङ्र परम-आनन्द पडे भक्ति-श्लोक भक्ति-सने करि’ रङ्ग ॥ ३०६ ॥

dekhe vipra-vara, tāṅra parama-ānanda paḍe bhakti-śloka bhakti-sane kari’ raṅga || 306 ||

dekhe vipra-vara, tanra parama-ananda pade bhakti-sloka bhakti-sane kari’ ranga (306)

English translation:

(306) When the pious brāhmaṇa saw the Lord’s great happiness, he recited the verses with increased devotion.
