The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.287, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 287 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.287:

যোগপট্ট-ছান্দে বস্ত্র করিযা বন্ধন সূত্রের করযে প্রভু খণ্ডন স্থাপন ॥ ২৮৭ ॥

योगपट्ट-छान्दे वस्त्र करिया बन्धन सूत्रेर करये प्रभु खण्डन स्थापन ॥ २८७ ॥

yogapaṭṭa-chānde vastra kariyā bandhana sūtrera karaye prabhu khaṇḍana sthāpana || 287 ||

yogapatta-chande vastra kariya bandhana sutrera karaye prabhu khandana sthapana (287)

English translation:

(287) Wearing His cloth like a sannyāsī, the Lord repeatedly established and refuted sūtras.
