The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.243, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 243 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.243:

আপ্ত-মুখে এ-কথাশুনিঞা ভক্ত-গণ সর্ব-গণে বিতর্ক ভাবেন মনে-মন ॥ ২৪৩ ॥

आप्त-मुखे ए-कथाशुनिञा भक्त-गण सर्व-गणे वितर्क भावेन मने-मन ॥ २४३ ॥

āpta-mukhe e-kathāśuniñā bhakta-gaṇa sarva-gaṇe vitarka bhāvena mane-mana || 243 ||

apta-mukhe e-kathasunina bhakta-gana sarva-gane vitarka bhavena mane-mana (243)

English translation:

(243) When all the devotees heard from their friends about this, they discussed together and began to contemplate.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The second line of this verse indicates that the devotees began to discuss, imagine, and consider.
