The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.185, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 185 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.185:

বেদে মাত্র এ-সব লীলার মর্ম জানে কিছু শেষে ব্যক্ত হবে সকল পুরাণে ॥ ১৮৫ ॥

वेदे मात्र ए-सब लीलार मर्म जाने किछु शेषे व्यक्त हबे सकल पुराणे ॥ १८५ ॥

vede mātra e-saba līlāra marma jāne kichu śeṣe vyakta habe sakala purāṇe || 185 ||

vede matra e-saba lilara marma jane kichu sese vyakta habe sakala purane (185)

English translation:

(185) The purport of these pastimes is known only to the Vedas, but later some of these pastimes will be revealed by the Purāṇas.
