The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.182, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 182 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

গঙ্গার বাডিল প্রভু-পরশে উল্লাস আনন্দে করেন দেবী তরঙ্গ-প্রকাশ ॥ ১৮২ ॥

गङ्गार बाडिल प्रभु-परशे उल्लास आनन्दे करेन देवी तरङ्ग-प्रकाश ॥ १८२ ॥

gaṅgāra bāḍila prabhu-paraśe ullāsa ānande karena devī taraṅga-prakāśa || 182 ||

gangara badila prabhu-parase ullasa anande karena devi taranga-prakasa (182)

English translation:

(182) Being touched by the Lord, goddess Gaṅgā became joyful, and out of delight, she manifested her agitation in waves.
