The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.178, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 178 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.178:

গঙ্গা-জলে কেলি করে বিশ্বভর-রায পরম-সুকৃতি-সব দেখে নদীযায ॥ ১৭৮ ॥

गङ्गा-जले केलि करे विश्वभर-राय परम-सुकृति-सब देखे नदीयाय ॥ १७८ ॥

gaṅgā-jale keli kare viśvabhara-rāya parama-sukṛti-saba dekhe nadīyāya || 178 ||

ganga-jale keli kare visvabhara-raya parama-sukrti-saba dekhe nadiyaya (178)

English translation:

(178) Viśvambhara’s sporting in the waters of the Ganges was seen by the most pious inhabitants of Nadia.
