The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.173, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 173 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.173:

“আজি আমি কেমত সে সূত্র বাখানিলুঙ্?” পডুযা-সকল বলে—“কিছু না বুঝিলুঙ্ ॥ ১৭৩ ॥

“आजि आमि केमत से सूत्र वाखानिलुङ्?” पडुया-सकल बले—“किछु ना बुझिलुङ् ॥ १७३ ॥

“āji āmi kemata se sūtra vākhāniluṅ?” paḍuyā-sakala bale—“kichu nā bujhiluṅ || 173 ||

“aji ami kemata se sutra vakhanilun?” paduya-sakala bale—“kichu na bujhilun (173)

English translation:

(173) “How was My explanation of the sūtras today?” The students replied, “We have not understood anything.
