The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.1.26, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 26 of Madhya-khanda chapter 1—“The Beginning of the Lord’s Manifestation and His Instructions on Krishna-sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.1.26:

পূর্বে কৃষ্ণ যবে কৈলা গযা-অগমন সেই-স্থানে রহি’ প্রভু ধুইলা চরণ ॥ ২৬ ॥

पूर्वे कृष्ण यबे कैला गया-अगमन सेइ-स्थाने रहि’ प्रभु धुइला चरण ॥ २६ ॥

pūrve kṛṣṇa yabe kailā gayā-agamana sei-sthāne rahi’ prabhu dhuilā caraṇa || 26 ||

purve krsna yabe kaila gaya-agamana sei-sthane rahi’ prabhu dhuila carana (26)

English translation:

(26) “When Kṛṣṇa previously visited Gayā, He washed His feet at that place.
