The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.17.164, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 164 of Adi-khanda chapter 17—“The Lord’s Travel to Gaya”.

শ্রী কৃষ্ণ-চৈতন্য নিত্যানন্দ-চান্দ জান বৃন্দাবন দাস তছু পদ-যুগে গান ॥ ১৬৪ ॥
श्री कृष्ण-चैतन्य नित्यानन्द-चान्द जान वृन्दावन दास तछु पद-युगे गान ॥ १६४ ॥
śrī kṛṣṇa-caitanya nityānanda-cānda jāna vṛndāvana dāsa tachu pada-yuge gāna || 164 ||
sri krsna-caitanya nityananda-canda jana vrndavana dasa tachu pada-yuge gana (164)
English translation:
(164) Accepting Śrī Caitanya and Nityānanda Prabhu as my life and soul, I, Vṛndāvana dāsa, sing the glories of Their lotus feet.
Thus ends this English translation of the Gauḍīya-bhāṣya commentary on Śrī Caitanya-bhāgavata, Ādi-khaṇḍa, Chapter Seventeen, entitled, “The Lord’s Travel to Gayā.”

1 The meaning of the word bäpa in this verse is not the same as in the previous verse 116.
The Samsad Bengali English Dictionary gives meanings for the word bäpa as “a father; (in affectionate address) a son or a person deserving to be treated as a son.” The former meaning is appropriate in verse 116, while the latter meaning is appropriate here.
