The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.17.76, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 76 of Adi-khanda chapter 17—“The Lord’s Travel to Gaya”.

ষোডশ-গযায প্রভু ষোডশী করিযা সবারে দিলেন পিণ্ড শ্রদ্ধা-যুক্ত হৈযা ॥ ৭৬ ॥
षोडश-गयाय प्रभु षोडशी करिया सबारे दिलेन पिण्ड श्रद्धा-युक्त हैया ॥ ७६ ॥
ṣoḍaśa-gayāya prabhu ṣoḍaśī kariyā sabāre dilena piṇḍa śraddhā-yukta haiyā || 76 ||
sodasa-gayaya prabhu sodasi kariya sabare dilena pinda sraddha-yukta haiya (76)
English translation:
(76) While at Ṣoḍaśa-gayā, the Lord faithfully offered śrāddha with sixteen ingredients on behalf of all His forefathers.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The word ṣoḍaśī refers to a particular type of śrāddha in which the following sixteen ingredients are offered: land, āsana, water, cloth, ghee lamp, rice, betel nuts, umbrella, sandalwood paste, flower garland, fruits, bedding, shoes, cows, gold, and silver; or it may refer to a kind of sacrificial pot. As stated: “In the Atirātra sacrificial performance, the acceptance or rejection of the ṣoḍaśī pot depends on one’s prior vow.”
