The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.17.35, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 35 of Adi-khanda chapter 17—“The Lord’s Travel to Gaya”.

চতুর্-দিকে দিব্য রূপ ধরি’ বিপ্র-গণ করিতেছে পাদ-পদ্ম-প্রভাব বর্ণন ॥ ৩৫ ॥

चतुर्-दिके दिव्य रूप धरि’ विप्र-गण करितेछे पाद-पद्म-प्रभाव वर्णन ॥ ३५ ॥

catur-dike divya rūpa dhari’ vipra-gaṇa kariteche pāda-padma-prabhāva varṇana || 35 ||

catur-dike divya rupa dhari’ vipra-gana kariteche pada-padma-prabhava varnana (35)

English translation:

(35) The brāhmaṇas appeared like divine beings as they described the glories of the Lord’s lotus feet.
